By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Caring Sensei.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Nonprofit Purpose

Caring Sensei operates as a nonprofit initiative focused on mentorship, community support, and service‑based learning.

All participation is voluntary.

No part of the platform guarantees financial compensation, employment, or commercial services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials secure
• notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Lessons, Dojos, and Deliveries

We do not guarantee availability of any specific mentor, student, dojo, or delivery opportunity.

Delivery services may be fulfilled by third‑party providers (e.g., Roadie).

Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

6. Tokens and Rewards

Caring Sensei may include a token or point system for engagement and participation.

Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for goods or services, and are not redeemable for cash.

They exist solely for motivation and community engagement.

7. Third‑Party Services

Caring Sensei may integrate with third‑party APIs or services.

We are not responsible for:

• outages
• errors
• data handling
• policies
• actions of third‑party providers

Your use of third‑party services is at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided through Caring Sensei are owned by Caring Sensei LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Our total liability will not exceed $100.
